Courtney Weston is a born-and-raised Arizona local known for her relationship-driven approach and strong market expertise. Having lived throughout the Valley and beyond, including Peoria, Tempe, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Flagstaff, she brings a well-rounded understanding of Arizona’s diverse communities.
A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Marketing, Courtney got her start in real estate early, interning with her team’s founder, Emily Duarte. She went on to pursue real estate full-time and has since built a reputation for strategic guidance, strong negotiation, and a client-first experience.
As a NAR 30 Under 30 honoree and active real estate investor, Courtney owns multiple properties and is passionate about helping clients leverage real estate as a tool for long-term wealth. She works with a wide range of clients, with a focus on first-time buyers, and prides herself on being an open, trusted resource every step of the way.
