Operation Playbooks

Question for teams that have built out strong playbooks and SOPs:

How are you creating and maintaining your playbooks?

• Are you writing them out in Google Docs/Drive, Notion, or another platform?
• Are you recording Loom or training videos to go along with the written process?
• How detailed are your playbooks?
• Who is responsible for keeping them updated?
• Have you found a format that makes onboarding and training easier?

We're working on documenting more of our processes and would love to hear what's working well for other teams.
